Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026. This policy covers Excel Sync for monday.com ("the app"), operated by Dorakeen LLC (Vermont, USA). The short version: your board and spreadsheet data flows through the sync; it does not live with us.
Who we are
Dorakeen LLC is the developer and operator of the app. Contact: support@dorakeen.com. We answer within two business days.
What we collect and why

What we never collect
- Cell contents. Board values and spreadsheet values pass through each sync in memory and are written to their destination. They are not retained, logged, or analyzed. Run reports reference row numbers, column names, and reasons — never cell values.
- Files beyond your workbooks. The app touches only workbooks it creates or that you explicitly pick.
- Tracking data. The app and this site use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Where processing happens
The app runs on monday code, monday.com's app hosting platform, inside monday.com's infrastructure. Data in transit between monday.com and Microsoft is fetched and written via each platform's official APIs over TLS. Our processors are:

We add no other processors. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
Legal bases
We process the data above to perform the contract you accept by installing the app (running the syncs you configure), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and supporting the service. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.
Retention and deletion
- Stored app data (tokens, mappings, fingerprints, run history) exists only while the app is installed.
- When you uninstall, monday.com immediately revokes the app's access to your account. All stored app data is deleted automatically after a short grace window (kept only so an accidental uninstall doesn't destroy your setup) — and in all cases within 10 days of uninstall.
- Your workbooks and boards are yours; deletion of app data never touches them.
- Faster deletion on request: email support@dorakeen.com from your account's admin address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. The personal data we hold is limited to what is listed above; to exercise any right, email support@dorakeen.com. If you are in the EEA/UK and believe we have not resolved a concern, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Children
The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account admins through the app or by email.
